Batch 001 status
Batch 001, our first production run of 300 Devotional Kneeling Pads, is currently in production. Preorders are open now for $25. Your order will ship once production and inbound freight are complete, and we'll send order updates by email along the way.
Shipping
Shipping cost and estimated delivery are calculated at checkout based on your address. Domestic shipping within the U.S. is our initial focus, with wider shipping considered as Stillroom grows. Since Batch 001 is still in production, your order ships once it's complete rather than immediately.
Returns & exchanges
Unused pads in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Because each Devotional Kneeling Pad is an individually packaged devotional object, we ask that it be returned unused. If a pad arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you. You may also cancel a preorder any time before it ships.
Church & ministry orders
Bulk orders for churches and ministries are handled directly rather than through standard checkout, so shipping and return terms for those orders are confirmed individually when the order is placed.
