Batch 001 status
Batch 001 is our first production run of the Devotional Kneeling Pad. It is currently in manufacturing. We have not opened final checkout yet, only a notify list so we can reach you the moment reservations open. We will not suggest a pad is available to ship immediately when it isn't.
Shipping
Once Batch 001 completes production, we will confirm carrier, cost, and estimated delivery windows here and by email to everyone on the notify list. Domestic shipping within the U.S. will be the initial focus, with wider shipping considered as Stillroom grows.
Returns & exchanges
Our intended policy once orders are open: unused pads in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Because each Devotional Kneeling Pad is an individually packaged devotional object, we ask that it be returned unused. If a pad arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Church & ministry orders
Bulk orders for churches and ministries are handled directly rather than through standard checkout, so shipping and return terms for those orders are confirmed individually when the order is placed.
