Stillroom is a DBA (doing business as) of Europeacalifornia LLC.
What we collect
When you preorder through our store, Shopify collects and processes your name, shipping address, email, and payment information to complete your order. We do not see or store your full payment details ourselves. When you join our newsletter, EmailOctopus collects the email address you provide. When you submit a church or ministry inquiry, Formspree collects the information you enter in that form, including your name, church or organization, email, phone, location, and message. If you contact us directly, we see whatever information you choose to share.
How we use it
Order information is used to fulfill your preorder and send updates about Batch 001. Newsletter emails are used to send updates about Batch 001, new devotional objects, and occasional notes from Stillroom. Church and ministry inquiry information is used only to respond to and fulfill that specific request.
Third-party services
We use Shopify to process orders and payments, EmailOctopus to manage our email newsletter, and Formspree to handle church and ministry inquiry submissions. Each has its own privacy practices governing the data it processes on our behalf.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We do not share your email with third parties for their own marketing.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from Stillroom emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. You may also request that we delete the information we hold about you, subject to what Shopify retains for order and tax records.
Changes to this policy
As Stillroom adds features such as analytics tools, this policy will be updated to reflect what data is collected and how it's used. We'll update the date above whenever that happens.
